Proctors Needed!

Proctors from the West Johnston family and community are needed for each state standardized test. We are very thankful for the dozens of parents and community members who volunteer each semester to help West. If you are willing to proctor, contact  Stephanie Staton and complete a proctor form. You may prepare for proctor training by reading the North Carolina Testing Code of Ethics .

Volunteer this year or next year for one or more of the following tests:

• EOCs: Jan. 13-20, 2012; June 4-8, 2012
• Other state tests, call for dates
• PSAT: Oct. 12, 2011
• Field test dates, call for dates
• NC 10th Grade Writing Test, 2012 test eliminated by State Board

Proctors should arrive on campus at 7 am for EOCs and report to the Media Center for a light breakfast and training.
