Welcome!!! My name is Ms. Ward & I am excited to be at South Johnston High School! I am working as an English Inclusion teacher, meaning the English teacher and I collaborate to provide instruction. In addition, I am able to help students one-on-one & provide additional help when needed. I grew up in a small town near Wilmington, where I lived until I graduated from high school. I went to college at UNC-Greensboro & majored in Education. Before working at South, I was employed in Wake & Durham counties in middle & high school. I am currently going back to school at NCSU.
