A friend of mine referred me to Kirk Martin's web site when I was asking her for some information about some student behaviors I was seeing. I have had several opportunities to email Mr. Martin and he has been very helpful. His newsletter is awe inspiring and will cause you to think. He originally started working with parents and students who are labeled ADHD, but his tips and information are useful for all families. It will help all of us to better understand our students. I am also including the link where you can sign up for his newsletter.
I'm still working on trying to get him to come to our school. Also, if you would like to have him come to Riverwood Elementary School, please let Mr. Knott and Mrs. Fisher know.
